Must not be too interested in selling what with the total crap pictures.  I'd probably be the same way...like the guy with the Subaru WRX ad years ago.

Except for the price!   Nuts.  I'll trump see your BMW and raise with this hot little number.  I would love this car.  Classic Chevy styling in a pint sized package.

1970 Vauxhall Viva $2500 - looks like it's in pretty decent shape too. (God forbid it's all just bondo and expanding foam) And, it's closer to you than me. You should do it.

Swap that little 4 out for a V-Max engine...that'd work, right?  Or maybe an SHO 3.4 V8.  Someone must make an adapter to put it in north to south with a stick.

I think an SR20 Nissan mill will work perfectly and they are easily available.
Lighten up Francis.....

I saw one like that a while back with a 3.8L V6 / 5 spd swapped it. They made a two wagon variant too.

Viva's were one of the worst cars ever put on the road. Everything broke, or rusted, or both. Unless the electrics were acting up, in which case it burnt, then broke and rusted.

My aunt actually crossed Canada in one. Spun bearing(s), broken camshaft, grenaded transmission, engine mount failures, dropped a driveshaft, seized brake(s), and just for good measure, the shift lever broke off at the floor. And that's just what I remember.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Who is going to buy this? I'd love to see them try to register their new Morris Isis.  :rofl2:

BC is the best place to buy an old British saloon. The Humber Super Snipe is the best named.

I'd like it to sound the business though.  A Kerker'd VMax 1200 sounds like race car.  Hell, if you could put two together...2400 cc V8... O0

I remember I had a teacher back in grade 7 or 8 that had  Viva GT. I remember it as I had a ride in it once. I thought at the time there wern't too many cars on the road with a flat black hood and hood scoops...save maybe a super B!

I remember my Dad saying 'It's not that the VW Beetle was a great car, but it was the first small car that was any good'

I'd love to own a brown car eventually. I saw a current Gen RX350 in metallic brown and it looked great*.

I also love the Tiger Eye Mica SC430 color.

The only brown car I've owned was my 98 GS400 in antique bronze mica.

I've owned one brown-ish car ... didn't care for the colour. Sort of a polished metallic poo colour.

That my friend, is not a brown car. It's beige, if we're feeling kind.
