hmm, I like that Camaro; not a ton of info in the ad, but it looks clean and well cared for, and $4500 is pretty fair for a Z28 automatic and that sorta kms (208K). Someone has put newer (98+) wheels on it, which is an improvement over the original 'salad shooters'. It's also got leather and t-tops, which are nice to have....4th gen t-tops are dramatically better than the older cars are rarely ever leak.
If I was going to daily a 4th Gen again I'd probably aim for a 98-02 with the LS1 over the LT1 for the extra fuel economy, bit more power and generally more reliable. Still though, a well sorted LT1 is just as fun, and the front end looks way better (IMO). 97 is a notable year as you get the newer interior (way better) with the LT1 and the older front end.

It's the 1990 LS (like I had) that you want.

And mine was that clean. Sigh...the story of that car still breaks my heart.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Ok, one of you Lexus luxo yacht fans has to buy this.

Looks great, but wouldn't a lot of the rubber components be brittle by this time?

I guess it depends.

Wasn't the case with mine.

I know the second gen LS was a pretty big improvement over the first but I still love the very first ones.

Can you please update the link to the Toyota? I'm curious.

There is a Calgary dealership that has a couple of these. One (at least) in storage and another (700) on display.

The restored Toyota looks beautiful! Still feel $3500 is steep for the one in the ad.

I would agree. $1500 might be a reasonable price given the rarity and cost to restore.

That thing would be sweet with an early V-Max engine swap.  Because it doesn't sound like a rice rocket, sounds like a top fuel car with proper exhaust.

Wow! That's unexpected. Mostly positive comments too, there may be some future for these trucks....can't believe it's bidding at $8K.

I love mine because sitting in it immediately takes me back to a totally different, and simple, place in life. The way it drives, feels, smells, etc, it hasn't changed since about University. Lol.

Biggest problem with these was the steering (sloppy) and the lack of corrosion protection. Very few left on the road here, and I don't remember the last time I saw another that wasn't totally rotted out.

Wow, that's awesome. Aside from the colour, when that truck was new it was exactly the kind of thing I wanted. I remember when the '98 Frontier debuted and I was infatuated with it. I wanted a King Cab SE 4x4 so bad.

I'd love to find one locally. Not interested in dealing with the  U.S.

They are fairly reliable trucks . For the  2 years i have owned mine only major repair front left brake caliper. It's at 253,000 km now.
Just wish for the 4 by 4 version.

A friend  last year brought up a 90 V6  from Utah.
