Thanks!
Well, ordered something for myself right after Christmas...
Cheesy wording
12g slider (~9 o'clock position) vs. stock 14g roller (~8 o'clock position)
Inside the scooter's CVT.
The highways were bare and dry, and it was only -1C, so I decided to test it out.
Thoughts:
- The acceleration is pretty damn good. Not only is it noticeably faster, it's also a lot smoother.
- Up a 6% hill, the speed's gone up from 60 (stock) to about 65. If I tuck up the same hill, it's gone up from 70 (stock) to 73.
- On a slight downhill, I can only do 95 km/h fully tucked. Before, I could do 102. Lighter roller/slider weights = better acceleration but reduced top speed.
- But it is winter, with winter gas and winter air densities. So premature to say anything right now.
