I'd probably dab on some primer before the top coat touch-up paint.
Damn. I've already put the touch up paint on it.
If you want, I have a polisher. You can sand it down, put down primer, then paint, wet sand, and then compound. The polisher can smooth it out a fair bit.
I had some decent success doing this on my car for a few rock chips and an unfortunate incident in my underground parkade

It's a bit of work mind you but I found the results worth it. I'll have more practice by the end of next week too so I can give you a hand
