I hope for a longer bed, more towing/hauling capabilities and perhaps an engine worthy of a truck...I liked the previous Ridgeline but its capabilities as a truck left me very much unimpressed.
Lighten up Francis.....

 ???

I thought you've stated before on how impressed your where with it's offroad capabilities?
with 5,000lbs of towing capability - I think that's enough anyone considering this truck?
anything more, might as well get a full size no?

granted my Taco has 6,400 towing capability and from some of the stuff I've pulled, I can tell it pulls better than the Ridge....   the Ridge still does get the job done.

Offroad abilities yes....towing and hauling as compared to a 1/2 ton, hell no. If it could tow somewhere in the 8-9000lb range, I would be all over it. Also I hope they put the engine in the right way this time, transverse mounting is a PITA for servicing.

I don't think any mid-size will ever hit those numbers and remain "mid-sized"
a future diesel maybe?
the RL's capabilities I think are more for folks like me..... small utility and travel trailer to pull around.
you sir want big boy capability in a little package!   I don't see that happening.

More like a Dakota but built with quality standards and by engineers not some soft in the head southerners with an adjustable wrench.  ;D

Another teaser shot of the new Ridgeline. Seems to have a seam between bed and cab. Certainly not unseemly. ;D

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

Definitely looks much more like a traditional pickup truck.

RIP flying buttresses.

Meh the lines are blurred.  What else is it?   ???

Why is a Passat often compared to other midsize sedans?  When you look at the wheelbase, it's longer than a Maxima!  Compares more closely to full size sedans...

So the RL, the Avalanche, and Sport Trac are SUV's with beds?
