I like the looks of the back end in that blue colour, very striking. did anybody notice that the center stack looks disjointed from the air vents above it?

The new Camry is leaning towards the new Corolla look. It seems that Toyota is beginning to define a "look" within there product grouping. Something the Europeans have been doing for years.

I agree that the Camry has not gotten worse but stale. The competition has moved faster, meeting and exceeding Toyota in many aspects.

I agree.  However, not sure about the overall look.  I'll reserve judgment till I see one in person.  At least Toyota is now trying to be more daring in the styling department.

As for the disjointed center stack, it looks intentional.  The center stack appears to be about half an inch forward of the plane that the vents are on.

The chrome treatment behind the rear door caught my eye, but not in a good way.IMO the styling is a little too busy for my taste.

Perfectly symmetrical compared to the new Sonata.

I just hope it doesn't infect Honda. The current Accord looks almost 'Camry-like' in comparison.

I really like this new design! Toyota made the Camry much less boring and just interesting enough, it looks much better than other competitors and I'd put in the Top 4....but having said that, I wish they'd have an AWD version :-/

Toyota takes a good product and makes it better in all the right places - handling, steering, brakes, NVH.
Too bad no updates to the powertrain options but the current ones are too good to take the risk and let go easily. The 2.0T from the new Lexus will trickle down eventually. Must be a good technologically advanced unit.

Absolutely perfect rig for those who don't put "passion" in their rides.

The interior is a subtle improvement over the previous one, but the steering wheel is to the left of center of the instrument cluster.  The exterior just doesn't catch my eye.

A decent car with a competitive price. Pity for the ancient engines.

Camry gets more daring and everyone complains. Stay Beige and bland everyone complains. Toyota just can't win. So what the heck look like a Corolla people still complain.

I am quite surprised you guys are complaining about the powertrain....I mean, both of them are very competitive and the V6 is *fast*

I find the interior to feel cheapish relative to the segment. The Camry doesn't really float my boat in this class.

As good as it may be.
