Tesla stock is back to $350 USD this morning. Looks like they are going to make it! I'm fine with that!
Based largely on the announcement that he's cutting 10 percent of his work force.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Some analyst also upped their projection for model 3 production numbers

And others said Musk promised 25% margin on these cars is a pipe dream....

Saw a black one on the 417 in Ottawa this morning on my way to work... nothing special as I passed it. Doesn't have the same presence as the Model S does.

Saw a white one on 20. Agree, rather generic look, nothing special about it. The S look is aging very well however, still a great looking car.

Yup, completely agree with you about the S.

The Model 3 cannot recharge on the Circuit Electrique Fast chargers (400V) even with the $700 adaptor sold by Tesla.. Major issue for Quebec and Eastern Ontario customers as SuperChargers are still rare here while there is now 115 Fast chargers. Tesla has been aware for over a year now and still not fixed, not even a date when; for a simple software issue.

i saw 2 downtown.  i really don't like that pug nose front.  my friend thought it was a mazda because he only saw the side and back from a distance.

I went running in the river valley with a friend this morning and we drove there together and I saw the first 3 I've seen yet - it had BC plates on it - and my buddy thought it was a Mazda.  I think this will be a common mistake among non-car people.  The red colour we saw wasn't as nice as that deep red that Mazda uses though.   ::)

I saw a black model 3 in Ottawa - I thought the front looked awful.
That's the same one I saw this morning.

two neighbours just got theirs, a blue and a white one

must chat them up to see how it is...or I can just keep driving by at full throttle in 2nd in the Alfa  ;D
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Like it or not, with 38,000 produced so far, the 3 will soon be the most common EV on the streets.

I wonder how Tesla model 3 will be on the used car market in a year or two, once the  novelty has worn off

The S are holding their values quite well. Not sure if that is indicative of the how the 3 will perform.

Saw a black model 3 that again this morning, different driver than the other day... still the same unimpressive car.

Unimpressive is the perfect word to describe the model 3.  I wouldn't pay $25k for one, let alone their asking price.

While I think the Model S is plain compared to the gorgeous offerings from the other luxury makers, it's still a good looking car.  The Model III is, well, cheap looking.  I've only seen the one in person, and it's very underwhelming compared to the price.

Honestly, I'd rather have the completely-over-the-top Prius as at least it stands out with it's "I'm saving the planet" looks.

I'd take the Prius all day long over the model III.  One, because of the Toyota;s build quality, and two because of their reliability.  Tesla on the other hand hand hasn't proved either, so I wouldn't even think to purchase their cars at this point.  I would honestly be surprised if Tesla exists in the next few years.

^^^  Completely, but even just on looks, I'd rather have the sci-fi insane Prius.
