Sounds identical to an HKS SSQV blow off valve....Yup. Very similar. I had SSQVs on my car but they couldn't vent nearly as much as the stock recirculating valves. Might have to try Tials next.Same here. I ran an SSQV, then TurboSmart, then a Synapse. The vid below is the TurboSmart..it was pretty mellow. Synapse was the best. Some people prefer it over the Tial.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mu4ALfi3viE

I was having compressor surge issues with SSQVs when I upgraded all the intercooler piping. It just couldn't vent enough quickly. Put the stock recircs in and no problems. Of course, if I do upgrade to GTX series turbos next, it won't be an issue as they have an anti surge compressor housing.
You can still get surge even with anti surge housings. It just lessens the issue.
So the announcement has been made. The CONCEPT uses the GT-R engine.http://jalopnik.com/the-infiniti-q50-eau-rouge-is-the-gt-r-sedan-weve-alwa-1535910615
