So I wanted to check something on the BMW configurator and low and behold...it has changed!

No more java, looks like its all web based...wonder if it will now work on the old ipad...
I love it when a plan comes together.

Chrysler "preferred customer" pricing for a base 500 Abarth and then for a base Jeep Wrangler. The "search inventory" never leads to any base configured vehicles though...

edit: found two relatively base model Wrangler's...

Wow, $22,895 for the VW Golf 5 door Comfortline 1.8TSI 5 speed manual, then only $1,695 more gets you dual zone auto climate, rain sensing wipers, auto headlights, panoramic sunroof, auto dimming rearview mirror, that's a fantastic package for the price.

Agreed, that's a very enticing price for that car.

Back when I bought my 2014 Smart Electric Drive in November 2013, Mercedes/Smart offered a $3000 discount.
I also qualified for the additional loyalty discount of $1000 because I own a Mercedes.

I paid $19,300 all-in after the Ontario $8500 EV incentive was applied.

But even at $26K (the price I would have paid before EV rebate), this is the most economical car I've ever owned from the standpoint of total cost of ownership.

seen someone post 0.9% lease on the Volvo V60
promptly went to price one out as some wild idea that maybe I'll lease that for 2 years (the time it'll likely take before we can get a travel trailer)

 :'(

it's more than I'm willing to pay....

BMW.  Finally their new site doesn't require a new Java update every week.

HOWEVER, it is oddly missing the 2015 X3 xDrive28d.  I thought this was supposed to go on sale in May?

I want to cross-shop it with the GLK-250.

Hyundai for the 2015 Sonata. I'm impressed by the options on the GLS - dual air, heated front/back seats and wheel, backup camera, rear parking sensors. Looks like heated seats are standard across the board. These are all the features I want, except I'd prefer an upgraded stereo. I'll have to take a wander into the dealership someday.

Saw a couple of these at my local dealer yesterday. Didn't realize they were already available.

Subaru Canada for the WRX and Forester XT Touring.  Unless there are no factory options to pick from, then useless as what you get is this note: Contact Dealer.

Yesterday (June 30th) it was Fiat Canada (yet again) for a 2014 base Fiat Abarth 500, there was a $2500 discount along with the preferred customer discount it was ~ $21,875 before taxes but the $2500 is gone today (July 1st). Oh swell. I should really go test drive one to see how it is...
