What do you guys at autos.ca think the real top automotive news stories in 2013 were?

From that list I think the Ram diesel is newsworthy for the year.

2. Diesels in 1/2 ton trucks (Ram, Nissan, and possibly Toyota)
3. Colorado/Canyon
4. Corvette
5. Mustang
6. EnerGuide fuel economy changes
7. Pickups in general
8. Everything about Tesla
9. General Motors Wins and Woes (Holden, Mary Barra, Government Debt)
10. The Number 1 News Item - the million kilometre Corolla.

Much better list.

The Mazda thing is much more inside ball though. Sales are flat with last year. It'll take the first couple of quarters to see if they've got sales traction.

Mustang and Corvette are the big news stories. The new pickups from GM and the diesel Ram aren't too far behind. Tesla has been pretty big all year for both good and bad stories.

I'd already forgotten there was a new one this year. It kind of pales compared to the ink spilled for the Corvette.

Yes, I only read the title , your are not writing for my demographic , so no point reading the rest of the story
