I can understand why they want to unionize. Toyota's lean manufacturing principle basically works people until they get hurt or drop. then they are replaces by temps making $13 dollars an hour less. Mandatory overtime , which takes away your weekends. So , they do have issues and it's not all about money. It's about workers rites.
