I'd try and save a couple more sheckles for the SHO!
I see no manumatic gate for the shifter (except for an S mode) nor any paddles on the steering wheel. If not, Ford skimped on these features and shouldn't be given a pass on this most expensive and sportiest Fusion. I know they are seldom used and gimmicky but this is a halo sedan for the brand aiming to be the best midsize car around.
Holy crap, $42K for a Fusion?!?!?!??! Uhhh no, just...no, bad Ford, go to your corner!!! You can easily get into a Taurus for that which has way more room than the Fusion, hell, for $40K it opens up a whole world of possibility.
Ford's Titanium packages are a puzzler for me (and must be a profit machine for them). Many of their products seem like pretty good value until Titanium level pricing where there seem to be much more compelling choices elsewhere.
I gather most people do not know the prices of fully load cars today. At $43,000.00, not much you can buy with this type of equipment. I drove one and really liked it, Yes I can get a BMW, Audi and MB for less, but not with the same equipment.
Seriously overpriced, and Ford quality does not inspire confidence for me. Add to that their any-color-as-long-as-its-black interior and you hear the sound of one that drops off the list.

At 42k, Lexus ES would be my choice hands down.
