I know one of the partners in the local Audi dealership, and he wouldn't order any manuals even if they were producing them. In some models, yes, but in the "normal" line of cars like an A3, they just don't have any demand. Not many people buying "luxury" makes anymore want DIY shifting. Well, not totally true. They don't mind DSG type transmissions, just keep it to two pedals.
TT-RS? He was SO happy that Canada got the three pedal model. He sold them fast and every customer wanted the manual. A4? Not so.
