Nice, a proper no-nonsense SUV. These still looks good, and this one has held up well considering the kms on it. Polishing (or replacing if they're bad enough) the headlights, getting a matching set of tires, and a good cut/polish on the paint would have this truck looking like new.
If you haven't already (if you you have recent records) I'd be changing every fluid in it, including stuff like brake and power steering fluid. At this age/mileage they really need to be done, and doing so will help it live a long life, and often improves the way things like the brakes and steering feel.
