Great article and the other saner side to mindless gross HP. I chose the Sambar which I think would make a super vehicle for local transportation of people and stuff. Not highway, with the small engine obviously, but still could be very useful around town. The VW kit realy tops it off. No range anxiety also. I have seen this kind of vehicle in flat bed form in Saskatchewan but not anywhere else. I wonder how well these vehicles work in their land of origin and seem to think that there was an article on here recently.
The S.Cargo is very much like a T@B trailer with an engine attached and would make a spiffing combination with the same...but not capable enough with the 1.5 engine and light weight.

Every time I see a Delica it reminds me of the landing vehicles from Armageddon.
Then it reminds me of Liv Tyler.
I like the Delica.

On some great and glorious day the plain folks of the land will reach their heart's desire at last, and the White House will be adorned by a downright moron.

I love the Figaro, but had to leave it off to keep the list to just five (and I didn't want it to be all Pike Factory Nissans). I know a guy locally who has five of them, each in a different colour, all daily driven.

With these lists we always have to leave a few things off, so I'd love to hear what else people would add in. Pulsar GTi-R? R32 GTR? Honda Beat? Suzuki Alto RS-R?

ha... when i first saw the title, all i could think of was the figaro... i was thinking it would be a good replacement for the pacer... small, goofy, lacking power, rare...

that wagon seems pretty awesome... but i'm not much for tuning cars, i like to stick to original or close to... so the potential would be lost with me.
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

Great article!! I was kind of stuck on voting because the Delica and the Stagea are right up alley....if hard pressed, Ill take the Skyline posing as a humble family wagon please  ;D

Have you voted already? If not, what browser are you in? (So we can test it and fix it if there's an issue).

While it's true that there are some pretty cool/neat JDM cars, no way I'd own a RHD car in a LHD world.

My buddy has a RHD Supra and he says it takes some getting used to, Ive driven a few Skylines and I didnt find it horrible. I agree with you though, I wouldnt want one as a daily, but as a track car, hell yeah.
