i don't see many weathertechs that aren't the molded kind... do the kind you have there fit as awesome as those ones?

either way, i should hope they'll get you some new ones... keep this up and you will have new ones in perpetuity!
i used to be addicted to soap, but i'm clean now

Fack...within 5 minutes of posting this they emailed to say another set is on its way. I sent pics with the complaint e-mail and within 25 minutes a response. Wow, no such luck with Audi  :rofl2:

How long did you have the mats for?
I just got weathertech liners on the CX-5 two months ago.
Wondering how they will hold up.

Odd. I've had WeatherTech in several of my trucks and have always found them to be great. As posted above they have been the more ridged moulded ones though. Not surprised with the service you received from them though, I think they're a tier 1 outfit...except for your quality issues I guess.

My wife has had Husky liners in her Jeep pretty well since day one, they show very little wear after 6 years and 170K Km. My buddy has the weathertechs in his Tahoe, the moulded ones, and his look brand new after a year and about 30K km. Weird, I thought they made a sturdy product.
Lighten up Francis.....

Have the liners in my truck, for about 50K now, still look new when pressure washed.  Good to hear they stepped up, thats what matters in the end.

The ones I had in the CLK were also wearing down where your right heel goes. Not to the point of making a hole though...that's concerning.

Guess its not quite OEM quality, but apparently better than OEM service!

Good to the Canadian arm stepped up. When we bought the 09 TSX, weathertech didn't have a moulded mat for yet. We got the Acura winter mats. So far so good. Very pleased with them as well as the carpet mats we use in the warmer months[ I can't say summer months, as this is Edmonton and summer is fleeting.]

I'm pretty sure that the optional Honda OEM winter mats for the Ridgeline are made by WeatherTech.

I bought WeatherTech for the MDX.  Given the hoopla about how perfectly they are supposed to fit, I do not think the product lives up to the marketing.

We had them for the TSX. I concur. Fit and quality felt very over-hyped.

I got the molded Weathertechs for the Odyssey. While they fit perfectly in all 3 rows, I expected better quality material for the $200 that I paid for them. Kinda hard and thin and forms creases if you fold them. We'll see how they wear though. So far, they've been low maintenance and easy to clean.

I bought some cheap Michelin-brand rubber floor mats for the Forester from CT, and I'm shocked: they're actually pretty good!

Best rubber or carpeted floor mats I've ever had were the OE Mercedes mats.  When I sold the C230, it was going on 12 and had 250K on it and all the mats could be cleaned up to look like new.  Very impressive.

Back when I bought the Forester, I "spruced it up" by replacing the mats with both carpeted and rubber OE mats.  They looked old within weeks!

Toyota's OE mats seem fine.  The Highlander has them and they're worn, but look pretty good.
