Massively suspicious this one, but looks really good in the photos.

Looks like the just took the wheels straight off a C300 and stuck them on this....crappy expensive OEM Michelins and all!

Oh for sure, but still tempted to drop by and take a quick look. Never seen one of these up close as the last one rolled off the assembly line when I was about 14 years old.

The Z4 gots to get replaced some day after all ;D

Yeah but don't have anywhere to park it at all, really.

Bigger issue is insurance, I think they basically just charge you double so not easy to keep. But one more year and it qualifies for classic car insurance no?


Doubtful its a taxi unless its been imported from Europe or something.

WTF are you talking about "charge you double?"

We have 3 cars.  Since we can only drive 2 cars full-time, the 3rd car is much less to insure.

I called a year or two ago and asked about a C280 "3rd car". They wanted another $2k.

In the odo photo is that the check engine light?

And I guess this says it all:

^^That's the standard "un safetied" line that dealers use.  They have to disclose.  I've seen that EXACT paragraph before.

Could need a full brake job and new tires....could need more.  Could be something as minor as a cracked windshield.

Worth going to look at though....if only to see,.

I don't think that is a CEL on.   The symbol is a engine and is defined in the regulations.  That looks more like some  M-B thing.
