Had a guy lined up to build a storage shed for my property by next weekend but he backed out a few days ago. Long story short, but I'm stuck trying to put a 10' x 16' shed together myself by next weekend. I have an electrician lined to install my power and an excavator guy to dig up and bury the line for next Saturday. The electrician is going away for a month the week after my work is completed. My friend's trailer that i normally borrow has a blown tire and won't be fixed for a few days so I had to go to plan B and use the old faithful kayak trailer.
Probably should have done it in a few more trips though as the pressure treated stuff is much heavier than the kd. I was a little clinched up during most of the 8km trip home with the pt load.
Trailer works great for long pieces of wood though and really easy to balance 16' pieces.
First time putting plywood in the box but it fit in there pretty well. I bought a box extender jic but decided not to use it and is still unopened, so I'll take that back. One ratchet strap held them down snug. Stuck a few 2x6x10s in there too to keep some weight off the trailer. There's a load of 6 concrete pavers in the box and a bunch of other stuff underneath the plywood as well. Got most of it home in two good loads.
