Easy to put 16” on the roof rack on the truck

I've got a rack on my Frontier btw but I have a bad back and lifting stuff off/on a rack is literally a pain in the neck for me. It's for necessity use only.  Besides i kayak almost daily and lifting them on and off a roof rack all the time is a pain.  And neither my wife or i want to drive around all the time with them mounted on the roof.  Trailer is so easy to hook up and also a good place to store them.  The trailer has a handle by the hitch and is so well balanced that even my wife can move it around on a flat area easily.  None of the traditional backup issues either.  No backing up to the hitch, you just pull the trailer to the hitch and hook it up.  If you get into a difficult place to back around, you simply detach the trailer and move it to where you want, then hook it back up when everything is reoriented.  When it's hooked to the Lexus I just drive the car into the garage then get out and disconnect the trailer and move it by hand to where it's parked beside the garage.  Easy peasy.

Using it for lumber and other things was an afterthought, and a nice bonus.  When i built my deck I'd pick up the lumber on the trailer, then hook the trailer to my lawn tractor when i got home to move it around to the back of the house where i was working, then remove the boards as needed.  No need to do it twice.  Good for the small projects I do around my house anyway.   8)

Not the entire lawn. I don't believe in watering it is a waste of water. Lost a tree last year which provided protection for a part of my lawn. Planted a new one so it will take a while. The key to a healthy lawn is ample soil and of good quality  so that you have healthy roots not watering. The dirt gives me chance to use the truck as a truck. ;D

Here's a rare photo for me....I am actually using the Sonoma for something, and even weirder, I bought some junk from Ikea...I really, really hate the place, and the furniture, but they had some storage cabinets that were the perfect dimensions for our basement, so I caved....

Material for small fencing project at the lake. No 6x6 posts for up there, only 4x4s at these prices.

^^ Huh . Won't fit in the Civic unless I use the utility trailer.

Got to keep the cottage warm so I can extend the season a little.
