Title should be 2003-2006, not 2003-2007.  2007 was the 2nd gen G Sedans.

I recall when many Canadians were bringing these in, in droves from the U.S. as used vehicles.
Bang for the buck it's a bargain as a used vehicle.
Not really a fan of the Ferrari esque want to be muffler sound, but that's an opinion.

That's a signature note across the Infiniti line-up (and Z) with the V6. I never equated it with Ferrari-esque but now that you mention it there are similarities although I wouldn't go so far to call it a wanna-be.

These are nice sedans. My former boss had a low-mile G35X, I should have bought it from him when he traded it in on a Lexus.

I'm one of many who LOOOOOOVE that exhaust note, but I'd hold out for a second gen '07 for improved styling (opinion), longer lasting brakes, interior refinements, and availability of more tech. Main gripe is lousy mileage on premium gas but hey, if you wanna play, you gotta pay. I'm afraid I'd also be seeing MUCH more of this guy  :popo:

Drove a 2005 G35 with the manual 6 speed.....unfortunately I couldnt swing the $42K they wanted at 25 years old :'( . I loved the car, it was fast, looked great, handled well and just pushed all the right buttons for me.
Lighten up Francis.....

I've probably missed the answer, but any reason why blackbook prices are not published anymore in used car reviews?

Agree, but the gas mileage thing is all realative. Coming from the old RX-8 I had to the G coupe, the G can't keep up to the RX-8 drinking habits.;)

Any thoughts on a 2005 G35X AWD sedan with almost 140k on the odo?

Asking price at a local Nissan dealer is $11,400. Has leather, smart key and remote starter. Winter and summer tires too. Any concerns with reliability? I know that it's a gas hog...probably similar to my Ranger 4x4, but in premium.

I'm pretty sure it will be less of a gas hog than your Ranger 4x4.
