Did you find the bushings that some of the folks on the Audi forums were talking about? Some of the posts I read on this topic were quite old.

Hope it works out for you. If it does would be a fairly cheap repair for parts, save for the stupid labor to remove the old bushings.
From what I see, the stabilizer links are stupidly cheap at RA and very good selection.
Planning to do it yourself or take it to the shop?

I ordered from Wrench Monkey. Was cheaper.

Ya, I'll give it a go.

Interesting. I see the OE TRW front end links with bolts&nuts at $17 a piece at RA.... This is dirt cheap in my books. Cheaper than a pack of cigarettes....

My green licence plate for the CX-90 arrived in the mail last Friday, so I cleaned and waxed the plate area on the hatch, waxed the plate both sides and installed it. Mazda provides nice ss bolts and plastic spacers so there's no metal to metal contact with the plate, with plenty of air behind it. Nice design. The plate is the one thing that will clearly identify my rig as a PHEV, the rest of the badging is pretty discrete. Still sitting at 1.0 l/100 km after two weeks.

I made a cheap/quick/ugly sealing plate for pressurized brake bleeding on a cast iron master cylinder, seems to work well enough as it only needs about 4 or 5psi, got out a lot of air to the rear brakes.

Posted it for sale

Ended up trading it in. Only one virtual tire kicker that didn't even show up to look in person. I guess the market is softening for gas-guzzlers approaching 200,000km.  :rofl2: Oh well, it was a good vehicle (other than the fuel consumption) for the 8+ years we owned it.

Did you do a paint correction on the plate?

Last week I finally had the quick struts put on the Highlander.

The ride is a bit firmer but oh my god it's driving a  million times better.  No clunks or rattles and the relentless bobbing is gone.

Clutch master cylinder on the Miata appears to be pooched.  No leaks, but barely does anything when you push the clutch, had fun trying to back it into the garage through gates and around a motorhome without being able to push the clutch to slow it down.

^^ yup . Been there done that. Known issue with miata's as they age. No leaks ?.Could be the slave or the master. Either way a cheap fix.

I thought if the slave was the issue, that it would leak?

Drove the 911 after a few weeks parked. Might be time to take the engine out and reseal the whole thing this winter - it's leaking a considerable amount of oil.
