Raybestos E3 stuff is 'fine'. Just make sure you follow a complete and thorough break-in procedure. Those E3 pads are a ceramic formula (ignore the marketing, they are) that's really mild on the rotors. On the other hand, those rotors have a coating (I think it's Geomet) that's on there pretty good, so if you don't fully break-in there's a high risk of ending up with highspots on the rotor in areas where the coating took longer to burn off, and/or got burnt in.
I did E3 pads & rotors on the front of the DTS when I first got it. I did the swap at our training shop in an industrial area of Vaughan, and finished right around rush hour, so the roads where way too busy to do a proper break-in. I figured it'd be fine, drove home, few thousand kms later I had pulsation and it was pretty obvious that the rotors had developed high spots. Swapped the rotors out (used Pro Series OE+ from PartSource) and re-used the E3 pads, and they've been fine since (~30K on them). The pads do perform pretty well, dust is very minimal and stopping power is great. My rears (which I've never touched) are getting pretty low now, so I've got a PowerStop kit on it's way for all 4 corners.
