Got the XKR out for the first time this year and took my son with me to the Ancaster British Car Flea Market / Show. It was pretty cold and windy, but enjoyed it anyway. Firm Jr. was really into walking (pulling me) around the show and trying identify all the cars. XKR felt great on the ~40 minute highway run after it's winter slumber.

Nice  lineup!  The Draggins car show was this weekend in Saskatoon. Was good to get out with the kids and look at some nice cars.

I did the tire swaps on the vehicles today. Calling for snow Tuesday so the timing is perfect  ;). The DMV1s on the Tundra are dated 2012. I believe that may be the year I bought them. Time for new winters next year for the ole gal.

Looks awesome!  My little guy (5) is really into Mustangs these days, starting to be able to identify them pretty well.  We will be heading to https://radicalspeedsport.com/ next Saturday.

Nice lineup. Should have brought the XJR, would have fit right in!

Thanks, there were another 3-4 X100 XKs and a couple XJS as well to the left of my car, some had left before I took the photo though. That one late model XJ was actually an XJL-R, had me thinking about you.

Some gorgeous metal in that pic.

Finalized the lower shock mounts on the Austin. Tack welded the upper ones. Going to split the frame from the body next I hope.

Had to drive back a Genesis GV80 on 22" all-seasons during April 19th's crazy wet snow storm. Made it ok but was skittish at times. Drove the Accent back home (still on snows) to find that the heavy snow had broken off the rear wiper blade of the Audi on its way to the ground. Got a replacement at Napa, 30 sec to install.

The Huskyliner Floor Liners and trunk liner came in this week, so I threw those in the car.  I'm taking the afternoon off and taking the CX-5 to a local place to get the hitch and harness installed.

Hitch and wiring harness is on.  It's one of those hidden hitch dealies that sits behind the bumper, and the only thing visible is the 2" receiver underneath.  The harness is of the 4-flat type that sits in the spare tire well and you hang it out the rear hatch when you need it.  Now I'm ready to buy or rent a utility trailer whenever I need anything hauled.

I had a great experience getting it installed, too.  The company I used (Mitchell Welding) has been in business since 1896.  They started out as a horse-shoer, and as the business was handed down from generation to generation, they transitioned into trailer hitches and trailer repair.  They specialize in trailer hitches.  They had the hitch and harness on my CX-5 installed in about 1.5 hrs.  The owner was in the front with me, and we just chatted about cars and trucks the entire time, in between other customers and phone calls.  I loved it!
