That's quite the lineup, must get a few head swivels when people walk by

9.30pm on Saturday, a bit of wind and the water misters on full, felt like buying trees in a Scottish winter instead of Leduc

Funny, went to the site and says not available for my vehicle. Maybe just not in the system yet?

Possibly.

I literally got the notice today.

But I also notice CDN Tire doesn't carry them for my car and I see my car on their website.

Yeah, the CTC assortment was setup last spring, so anything NRS has added since won't be on CTC yet. We're due for a refresh.

Washed my Camaro.

Those SS 1LE wheels are impossible to get 100% clean. Oh well, good enough for a DD and a part-time track toy.

^^ Yeah you could buy an entire car for what the dealer would want. That being said I have bought other parts from the mazda dealer that were actually cheaper compared to buying  U.S. mazda dealer parts.

The tension cables I believe are the same for NA and NB as are the tops. Only real difference are  the windows as 1st  generation came with plastic zip out rear window as opposed to safety glass. My first generation has a black cloth top and glass rear window, obviously replaced by the previous owner.

Have fun.

For some reason the cables seemed to be different parts for NA vs NB, dunno

I got the cables and started prepping for installation, that's when I figured out I don't have the "Installation kit", bits of velcro, pop-rivets and bow-end caps.  I think I can improvise, might call Moss Miata and see about the end caps.  One other thing, which I'm often running into lately is trying to find certain things in Canada that are not available, probably for banned ingredients or somthing.  Anyhow, Robbins says to use 3M 08011 weatherstrip adhesive, which doesn't seem to be available in Canada, but 80119 is, so I have to find out if it's the same stuff.

Ran into the same thing for a Wurth Eurogel sealant and some Valvoline grease, can't seem to find it in Canada.

I run into the same stuff all the time, being in Canada is not convenient for the old car enthusiast....

As for the missing install kit, try calling Peninsula Imports parts department in Oakville. They're a MOSS distributor and stock a lot of that stuff, be warned though, the parts counter staffers are pretty useless and tend to act like they're doing you a big favor. Have the MOSS # ready and prep your patience. If they do have it, and won't ship it direct, PM me and I can pick it up and ship it for you - Peninsula is pretty close by me, and they know me in there.

Which one did you use? Seemed to do a great job, or did that hi gloss look take a bit more work? Truck just glows

Actually, I think I'll contact Robbins about the missing parts, they aren't Moss parts.  I can probably improvise though.
Thanks though.   Now how about arranging so CanadianTire has the goo I want? ;D
