You'll sell that in no time PJ, nice clean looking unit.

I say sold within 48 hours.

Wouldn't doubt it, depending on asking price I guess.
Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction, and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives.

It’s got about 300,000. Needed the odd thing, but not bad. Ended up being a good choice back in 2002. Wife really liked it, one of the reasons getting the RX was so drawn out

Had a friend of a friend look at it yesterday for their daughter, if they don’t take it will have to wade into the Covid soup of Trader and Kijiji

Now I have to clean up the other two vehicles!

CR-V looks CLEAN for its age and mileage. Well done, good luck with the sale! If you wanna spend a bit more time, you could do a quick headlight polish.

Also try Facebook Marketplace - I feel like you weed out a lot of time wasters on it since its less "anonymous".

Thinking of cleaning up my exhaust tips:

Any tips? VIM? I'm actually not sure if the were shiny when new, or a matte metal.

Ron, it never fails to amaze me the knowledge you have of obscure products intended for complete random uses.

Tough enough to cut through the grime....but not harsh enough to damage the tips.

Used to use this stuff to touch up my untreated aluminum wheels and other metallic bits.

Comes in handy!

I'm I'm doing something that REALLY needs an absolute show finish, I use Simichrome  It's so good, we use it to polish optics here.

Coca Cola and tinfoil.

No, I'm not joking. See Youtube for how-to.

Then polish with whatever.

Try NEVRDULL

Only problem with Never-Dull is that it eventually dries out.
I went through tubes of Autosol on the boat with all its shiney aluminum bits.

I had heard of wet tinfoil and was going to try it, but never heard of wetting with Coke.

Cola has carbonic acid which reacts with the oxidation and breaks the bond with the chrome helping it to come off easier.  I think that's the science behind it or something similar.  There are other products that you can purchase...but cola is pretty easy to find.

If you try it out, let us know how it works for you.

Choosing a car based on reliability is like choosing a wife based solely because she is punctual. There is more to it than that...

If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

That’s the one. Will have been an easy process if this works out!
