These are the wheels

https://www.automotion.com/euromeister_wheels

$150 a rim is a steal....

Especially when original Fuchs can get $1500-$2500s a set.

I'm sure the Porsche snobs will want me to burn in hell for having run replicas though....

What KD said is just the cherry on top. Thats insane, I wouldn't think about every running anything but the replicas, $15-2500 for a set of 16" rims is insane. What was wrong with the Carrera decals??

1) Didn't come with the car from the factory
2) Allegedly it was 4mm out of location.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Cool thanks! I was looking at those. Only one that fits is the 17"x7" though according to the site. Would rather get 17"x8", or 9" for the rears.

Looks like the 944 wheels were special and specific to the car...

Nothing special, I just take it to a car wash center to get rid of its dirt and fur from my dog.

I knew some of the differences, but not all of them, thanks for the link. They didn't come on my car from the factory, not sure who added them, or when, but they're worth some good coin now.

I drove the Miata to my friend's funeral today.  He was a car buff, and so I ripped some reline shifts and clipped a few apexes on the way.

Changed oil on my RX-8.

Sending some of the used oil for an UOA. Just curious how well the 5W-20 conventional holds up in summer with a couple of AutoX events.

Now that’s a great eulogy.

My WeatherTech floor liners for the Pilot finally arrived, they had been back ordered.  Wife is now jealous and wants a set for her Outback.

My Dad did this to his car yesterday while taking my nieces to a beach south of St. John's (Newfoundland) to watch whales.  There were three warning signs.  Perhaps he forgot it has a Volvo and not a Volvo Penta engine and was captivated by the siren song of the sea...  This also explains a lot about me.  Half of my genes came from this man.  :rofl2:

But hey, you've got to give a 16 year old S80 credit for having no rust in Newfoundland, and not having eaten its transmission.  The electrics are shot (though no Jetta wink problem; head-, taillights, and indicators reliable, but traction control gone; central locking and one power seat totally bonkers), but the damn thing starts, goes, and stops perfectly, so he won't let it go.

That's why nobody drives a 2WD pickup any more

Although to be fair, my buddy got his Jeep stuck so many times they kicked him off the work site

Finally got around to replacing the passenger bank of plugs on the LR4. The plug closest to the firewall was a PITA!

All in all they looked ok for 8 year plugs and 162k kms on them, Iridiiums for the win. Not a job I want to do again when the Rover hits 320k kms.  For some reason one plug had lightly rusted threads.

What is weird is the replacement NGK plugs are a different heat range (7) than the originals (6). The replacements superseded the originals.
