Washed it again today. Wow, I think that’s twice already this month!

And ordered a bunch of parts to fix that intake manifold issue. Even if I did get it covered under warranty (and that was by no means certain) I just didn’t want to deal with the hassle of two separate trips to the city. Would rather just do it myself, and since there’s other stuff I wanted to do at the sane time, it should still work out cheaper.
Ended up getting the fuel injectors from Rockauto, new intake manifold, diverter valve, and PCV valve from German OEM Parts (Canadian co., first time ordering from them), clutch bleeder block and misc hardware from ECS Tuning, and a shifter kit from Dieselgeek. Just need to get some valve cleaner chemicals locally.
I was really close to ordering a new water pump as well, but it was over $300 and I just couldn’t do it. They’re a known issue on these cars, but mine has been perfect so far. Still, I’ll have everything apart and this would be the time to replace it... Might just pick one up after all.

Not sure when I’ll have the time to do it, but at least I’ll be ready. Car runs fine and the check engine light hasn’t been on for a few days now, but I’m sure it will come back.
