Weather held out the last couple of days; it wasn't exactly warm, but tolerable. I went to wash the floor mats in the Escalade and noticed the carpet was damp under the passenger front mat. Pulled all the underside of the dash apart, and removed the blower motor, to find that the source was some dried out weatherstripping around the fresh air inlet. Replaced and siliconed all that, put everything back together and dried it out.....Then I washed it.
I took the T/A out for a good drive
Stopped by Vantage's place and got his 560SEL back up and running; terminals on the fuel pump relay had corroded. 15 minutes of diagnostics and a bit of sandpaper and it was all good.
Today I decided to swap the Firebird to summer shoes; way early I know, especially with snow forecasted into April, but I don't *need* to use the car when the weather is bad, and I like to get ahead of things....Otherwise when nice weather does show up I am scrambling to get everything done.
