OK, so this AM I look and WTF?! It downloaded my video after all? But... ???  I have an even better one on my phone (he revved it up higher), and I guess I'll try that one now too...but here's the teaser then.

Looks like he installed the the left of the right side and the right on the left side. Better switch them.

LOVE THAT RASP!!! Sound great! I know with the Olds it gets a nice "BRAP!" at the top end when revved. I actually think it was more noticeible when it still had mufflers (Cheery Bomb glaspak.) but when I start it at 3/4 throttle it does it VERY nicely. I usually do it for the kids when I pick up or drop off my girls at school. They told me I can't sell the Olds "Because the kids at school say your car is the coolest car at school.) lol.

I really didn't think this generation would even notice or just turn up their noses and think "Noisey old polluting car", but they (the boys at least) according to my daughter get massive grins whenever the Olds starts. Kind of nice to encourage the younger ones. Who knows? Maybe they'll get into cars yet. Now they even do the universal sign to "Burn rubber" of twirling the finger ion the air, lol, but I won't go that far, too risky in this PC world, especially since Fleshetrton is FULL of O.P.P. and squealing a tire is "STREET RAAAAYYYYYYCING!!!!!!!!"  :rofl2:

How old is your son? Youn ger guy? Nice to see him carry on the tradition. Cheers and BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!!

Well since I did most of the work...that explains why the hangers didn't match up with the rods on the mufflers!  I ended up using zip ties...Roadkill style.  ;D

How old is your son? Younger guy? Nice to see him carry on the tradition. Cheers and BEAUTIFUL CAR!!!!

He's 20.  Didn't want a Corolla...despite my best efforts.  ;)

(un?)fortunately, he drives it mostly like an old man.  He'll give it every now and then...but when I was his age and had my 5.0...yeah, Ken Block learned from watching me!  :P
:skid: :skid: :skid: all the time.  If I had that car now...it's just better that I don't.

I know EXACTLY what you mean!!  :rofl2: I learnt to drive by running the gravel backroads and when I got into work in the mornings my boss and fellow employees would laugh their asses of as I climbed out the window, went into the shop and got a BIG bar and pried the sidepipes back off the doors............. :rofl2:

Now, most of those roads are straightened and paved, cars are undriveable with ESC and young people can even look at the gas pedal without getting charged with "STREEEET RAAAAYYYYCING!!!" as in Ontario it's basically whatever the cop wants to make up on the spot.

I feel sorry for the younger people and don't blame them for not caring about cars or driving. If I grew up in our current Police State I may have never developed my love for cars either. I used to have the town cop follow me through town and got my first ticket literally 10 minutes after my license. (Same guy!) :rofl2:But I learnt my lesson and life went on. Sure wasn't cuffed and car crushed!!

Had the 3 and the CX9 into Kanata Mazda for their oil changes.  My oil changes are covered on the 3 with the extended warranty package I bought.  $74 tax in for the CX9 for full synthetic.  And they both got washed too.

Much better deal than my 1st oil change on the GC last week... $206 taxes in!! Filter alone was $44 at the stealership! Plus 2 jugs of DEF for another $52  :o

Silverado SS?

Wrong wheels. Impala SS?

Edit: Actually, I'm guessing pre-'98 Camaro SS.

Those look like the rims from a 4th gen Camaro.  If your lucky maybe it's edition that had the engine from the Corvette.  Slightly preferred the F-body Firebirds.  Looking forward to the show n shine.

Last week the van needed new wipers, couldn't find the right wiper at Canadian Tire or Parts Source for the rear.  Had to pay $26 at the dealership for the rear one.

This week, the driver side low beam headlight went out.  Went to Canadian Tire to get the H11B for it.  Not in stock!  Went to Part Source, they had them.  Picked up 4 bulbs.  2 for the daylight/high beam, 2 for low beam.  H7 & H11B, stupid different bulbs.

After wipers and bulbs, that's almost $200.

4th Gen Camaro - Yes. Just not 98-02 (sorry Gurgie :). Still though, someone should be able to get year/trim from the wheels.....Where's Rev?
All 4th Gen V8's shared their engine with the Corvette - just slightly different tuning depending on options/configuration.
