Sienna's windshield has been icing up on the inside this winter and wife complains that it smells, so I decided to poke around the HVAC yesterday.  Here's the cabin air filter I pulled out.

I lowered my LS today via the air ride sensors. Car is lowered about an inch...possibly a bit more. Most shocking was the ride quality is appreciably firmer. It turns out with a lower ride height, the suspension "thinks" there's a heavier load in the car and firms it up accordingly.

Smart. And neat!
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Cleaned out the inside of the 3 and the CX9 on the weekend.  Took out the floor mats and hosed them off, got rid of the plastic that I had under them.  Vacuumed the floors and seats.  Gave everything a good wipe down, cleaned the inside of the windows.  Much better!  Plus it was just nice to be outside!

Nice!  You can enjoy a nice clean car for the rest of your trip.  Those rims look good on that car, btw! Enjoy SC!

Washed, waxed and did the tire change over.

Likely get snow later this week.  :(

You've been living out West long enough to know that changing off your winter tires this early is just BEGGING for a foot-dump of snow!

I'm very tempted to change mine over too but will probably wait a couple of weeks.

It's interesting the weather differences. I changed mine over weekend of 5-6 mar and it was perfect timing because it's been over 20° nearly every day in the southeastern US since then  :o . With urban heating, it was 28° on the highways of Charlotte on Saturday.

Winter tires really are a 3-month thing for me, usually mid-Nov to first weekend march.

put some jeep mats in the renegade for my wife... nice mats actually... thicker than the weathertec, but a more pliable and nicer looking rubber... nice jeep designs on it too continuing the "paint splatter" found in other places, plus some old willys jeeps on it... quite happy with it considering roughly half the cost too...

also, happy to hear my wife say she filled it up with high octane from costco!... i figured she would just ignore me and fill up with the cheap stuff...

Does it require premium?

Going shortly to get the Kia's tires changed over. Tempting fate I know, but we've got the Focus and Odyssey still on winters. I'll probably book the appointments for two and four weeks from now, respectively.

Does the Costco in St.Catharines have the gas station?   Or where you in Ancaster?

I won't touch tire changeover till mid-April. I've been burned enough times. Plus, I don't just swap the wheels. I take my time to check everything while I've got the wheel off, give the wheel wells a good cleaning, clean and wax the off-going set of wheels, etc. Probably takes me a 1/2 day per car.

For the T/A I also need to get my new summer tires mounted. I'll probably swap the old tires on first and then drive it to the shop for installation.

For those drivers in Ontario that are receiving the Winter Tire "discount", those winters must remain on the vehicle until April 1st or you void your policy.  Temperature is irrelevant.  :P

This is true. My policy just says "March", no specific end date given, but why mess around...
I noticed back in January when the Firebird got hit and then fixed, one of the check boxes on the adjuster/appraiser's form was "winter tires". I bet if I didn't have winter's on during his inspection the company would've refused to cover me (I am getting the discount).
