Oil change on the Foz. Top-mount oil filter with a decent ADBV, and plenty of ground clearance with an almost vertical straight shot oil drain makes for easy clean oil changes.

Cool Car

Changed oil on Legacy with Synthetic Mobile 1. First real use of Fumoto valve since install. Don't know how I survived without it. Makes job of changing oil so much easier and cleaner. Easy to remove oil if overfilled. (Like I've never done that before  :-\)
Only wish I had the newer engine with oil filter on top. Filter below is a tight fit and required modification to oil filter remover in order to prevent oil spilling during removal.

I drilled a hole in bottom of plastic food container, just enough to allow ratchet extension to pass through. Oil ends up falling into plastic container while unscrewing it. Save messy floor since I'm using ramps and space under car is limited.

A 4 hour drive sounds like a good idea.

Hey mmret. Really like the colour. Congrats  :winner:

Wish that was my color sometimes. Alas no. Mine is foghat grey and that's a stock photo. Polestar badge is in the mail now.

What's that mean? You got a tune?

Yup. +25hp and +29lbft but feels much meatier between 2500 and 5000.

After 3 years and 21,000 km, the factory rear tires were worn. Changed all 4 tires to Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Very pleased! Nice and grippy and more compliant ride.

21K out of a set of tires?  That's good!  Never got that out of a set on either the 911 or the C36.
