So I re-applied RainX yesterday to the Corolla. I still maintain that it's a PITA to ensure that you thoroughly clean all windows first, then apply RainX, then reapply once dry, then buff off. All the applications are fine, but perfectly buffing the windows to eliminate all cloudiness is truly an exhausting process - and that's on a Corolla. I couldn't imagine bothering to reach and put it on the RX400h - I could never reach the middle of the windshield
With that being said, every time water/rain/whatever just runs right off my glass, I swoon and remember that it's all worth it. Lasts 2-3 months depending on wiper use. I truly love the stuff.
...since this is the "what did you do to your car
today" thread, I will add that today, I further buffed each window to get the areas that I missed last night. RainX is very difficult to apply in the dark
