Rushed my errands so I could get some time on the Spitfire as the weather feels like it's starting to turn. The Firebird had other plans and effectively spoiled my efforts. I noticed some water dripping from the rocker panel, as first I thought it was just dew run off, but it seemed to be coming from a weird place. So I pulled out a drain plug and -BAM- Tons of water came pouring out of the damn rocker!
So I spent most of Saturday tracking down the entry point and sealing it all up nicely. Entry point turned out to be in behind the front fender where the rocker panel and the firewall meet up. Water from the cowl area drains through here and someone at GM did a shoddy job with the seam sealer so it was getting into the rocker panel. Spraying the hose in that area would basically just run right out the rocker.
I've sealed it up and left the drain plugs out so the rocker can dry out real good. I am pretty confident I've got it solved, but haven't tested yet as I had to let the sealer dry.
Here's the water that came out:

Once I finished the Firebird I did get some time on Sunday to continue plugging away at the Spitfire. Fixed up some wiring for the front lights, cleaned the trunk up and installed 1 new side window waist seal...That seal alone took 2 hours of tedious struggling...1 more to go
