Oil change on the 911.   Very easy.  By the by-pass oil filtration system is a stupid idea.
How fast is my 911?  Supras sh*t on on me all the time...in reverse..with blown turbos  :( ...

Spent Sunday doing bodywork on the Spitfire. Got all the "sore spots" ground down and primed. Some require a bit of spot putty, others look like I can just topcoat and wetsand out any imperfections. Lot's of time sanding and waiting for paint to dry ahead of me.

When your done, I will drive over the Odyssey, since you will have all the material/tools out.  ;D  What do you like to drink?

Forgot to post these.. this was done in June.

Got the front grille and running board Plasti-dipped in matte black.

I did the running board mainly to cover up corrosion issue on the steel part of the board.

That looks awesome!!! I have a severe hate for chrome.

Thanks.  :D

^ That's kind of cool, where did you have that done?

I got in touch with this place and brought my car to his house near Bayview & York Mills to get it done.

Seeing how he did it, I think I could do that next time I want to plasti-dip anything.

LOL. I should start charging more than a drink ;) I've done 3 cars this year for friends/family and I'am just getting to mine now. Course, mine is alot more work than the others were.

Who said anything about "a" drink?  I give my contractor friend a bottle of glenfiddich for jobs, depending on the job, depends on the year  ;D

But I hear you! Just like me, everyone else comes first, I am always last...

Changed the oil in the Corolla today.  Gawd, the filter is tough to reach.  If I was 2cm bigger around, I'd have to raise the car.  And thanks Toyota for using a housing style filter requiring a tool.  But, at least I scored one online for next to nothing and didn't get hosed by Toyota for one.

Took about 45min, including breaks and other distractions.

Cleaned off the remaining salt & dirt on the pedals of the GTI.

The WeatherTech Liners are great for keeping the carpets clean, but there are some small areas that still need cleaning.

I used a (household) steamer to get the job done.

Last week I installed a set of those tinted side window deflectors on the Versa. They actually make the car noticeably quieter when driving with the windows open and the tint helps with glare. Totally worth the hundred bucks or so that they cost me.

Oh, and today I replaced a burned out front turn signal bulb.

Just ordered a new convertible top for the Spitfire. With shipping and exchange it came out to $__errr not cheap! Now, to get the frame cleaned up in time to install this before the weather gets too cold to stretch it!

Got a Class III hitch, with brake controller, and all the wiring for the Odyssey.  Now I need to find an adapter for my accessories that are 1.25", like my carrier and bike rack.

Went to start the Vibe and it was dead as a doornail. Turned out the battery cables looked good but had a thin film of corrosion inside the battery terminals, enough that the battery slowly ran down until no juice was left. Cleaned up everything and charged up the battery, all good again the next day.

Tough on the battery, but glad it happened now and not in January!

Well definitely one of the easiest.  No jack required, no tools, maybe a screwdriver.  Almost as easy as wipers...
