This weekend, we washed, clay bar'd, and sealed both miatas. Since I'm lazy, we used super quick methods for 'clay barring' and sealing.
Nanoskin Autoscrub Speedy Prep Sponge:
Blackfire Crystal Seal![](http://www.autogeekonline.net/nick/Blackfire%20Crystal%20Seal%20Mustang/IMG_5889.JPG)
Also, before sealing the Baby Miata, removed a certain amount of swirls with a random orbital. Not perfect - some scratches are left and it's an older car that's not pristine. So I wasn't looking for perfection (and didn't want to remove too much clear coat either), but I still wanted a nice shine/ pop.
Used
Blackfire SRC Compound. I really like the Blackfire products. We did the GTI last week and even after a week of use (and rain), the paint still looks glossy & pops. Plus, it's easy to use (breaks down easily with the random orbital).

Then we took a nice drive with the baby miata and went for a 'picnic' at a local conservation area near our house. It felt great.
The Baby Miata still has her hardtop and winter wheels/tires on. Will change those next week.
