On the LX570 I hit the switch to raise the truck about 3-4 inches.  Then I can just slide under and do it all.

Trucks so easy!

How hard is it on the Radical?
Don't fight it.  The sooner you get it the better.

Depends...  Normal changes I just suck the oil out of the dry sump container with my mightyvac.  Takes 5 min.

But yearly I need to change the filter.  Getting it off no big deal, lift car, drop undertray and pull filter and replace.

But man oh man, took me 2 hours to get the under tray back on the first time.  Haven't done it again yet lol

Next time it should be 30 mins if I'm lucky.

I know the trick now.  It's quite an act.  Have to hold the entire rear undertray yourself while on your back and slide it in backwards.

Also the wheels have to be off and the front has to be jacked up enough to get the rear up high enough.

Can't you just have your pit crew do it?   ;D

Nothing there except Rust Check and it's crap.

Stop in at a Krown Shop and either buy a can, which is large,  or they do sell it in 1 gallon pre packaged for use with a sprayer and compresses air.

I thought they had Krown stuff on inventory as well?

I buy this stuff from CT:
http://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/rust-cure-formula-3000-0477985p.html#/en/pdp/rust-cure-formula-3000-0477985p.html#.VFuf2daP2ic

Been using it for years. Despite having the winter driven cars Krown'd every year, I use cans of this to "touch up" in key areas, usually everytime I wash the car.

Just lean enough and long armed enough that I can do an oil change on the Corolla without raising it.

I can do my Mazda 2 without raising it either. Easiest maintenance car ever!

Fluid Film is great, though kinda pricey.

I've been using this for the past few years as a rust inhibitor instead:

I really like Fluid Film. We Krown our cars, but use Fluid Film to touch up or do smaller areas by hand. Mostly on the 10-year Miata, because that's the vehicle that needs some parts to be done by hand (e.g. metal bolts under the car seats). On some parts of the car where I've used it , I've sanded off the rust before applying the Fluid Film, and the bare metal hasn't developed rust yet. You can also apply directly without sanding off the rust first. I've seen no further development of rust in such areas either.

Put the winter tires on the Yukon today. Got the two back ones on, then remembered they are directional. Crossed my fingers and took a look - of course they were both on the wrong way. D'oh!

Highlander and Corolla stayed home. Took the Subaru today as it's the first real snow of the season and it's been carnage on the roads. Subaru + Blizzaks, yeah baby!!!

Picked up the Mazda6 today, while dropping off the Mazda5 at the dealership, took a corner so fast ,with the roads quite wet, nearly ended up sideways!  ;D

Will post some pics when I can, drove 75 km today already.
