The Corolla-based Vibe is still on its original struts and has never had any suspension work, feels pretty solid to me still at 230,000. My Mazda pickup went through a few shocks but nothing else suspension related until it was done at 430,000
Remember when the Chrysler guy was here he thought it totally normal the Patriot/Compass would need various front end bits at 100,000, and AFAIK the Fiat 500 is quite a bit worse
