Looks good. I don't like piano black either.

Tire swap and painted my callipers black. It feels good to be on three season rubber again. I've only put on ~7k in one year!!

The aluminum on the dash does look much better. Nice upgrade.

Tire swap tomorrow I think. Tuned up all the kids bikes tonight.

Man, I really like the 1-series.  It's such a great car.

Looks nice
I guess you don’t head over to Quebec with the tint on the front windows
My son had to pull the tint off his Golf wagon when he was working in Gatineau

You ever notice that those with the darkest tint all over their windows are the drivers who commit all the bone-head driving manoeuvres?

Dark tinted usually means a young driver, and young drivers usually are bonehead rich. I say this as someone who has dark tinted on his past two dailies.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

The tint is 35% I think and came with the car. I've been to Quebec numerous times with the car and no tickets yet. You can see right through it during the day.

I had the 35% installed on mine as well - must have been the first picture that made it look much darker.

In Quebec, it is only 30% in front side windows
I like 35% in the windows , keeps you cooler in the summer

I think the cops just like to give workers from Ontario a harder time , he had the tint in NS, BC, and Ontario and never had a problem until he had to travel to his office in Quebec

Technically NS doesn't allow tint at all but I've never seen anyone charged. QC has regulations about front windows and police have meters. I didn't tint my front windows for that reason

Installed the $1400 worth of fancy electronic front struts in the Wifes Escalade. What a difference in ride, the old ones were done. Took about an hour start to finish, super easy job.

Nice!

I changed over tires on the Acura and Tercel. Sealed the noisy sunroof on the Tercel.

electronic front strut...?

The magnetic ride control on the Escalade, there's a pug to plug in on the top of the strut so they do something electronically!
All I now is they aren't cheap and the cheap alternative is a passive strut, but I hear that that option increases the front ride height 3/4 inch and you'll have a service ride control message on the dash.
