Incredibles 2 was good fun. For an animated film, the first one and this one have to be two of the best except perhaps the training dragon ones

Well not counting anime films anyways.....
no, anime does not count

I am not Japanese nor a weeaboo.
If driving an Alfa does not restore vitality to your soul, then just pass the hospital and park at the morgue to save everyone time.

Now drives a Jaaaaaaag...and thus will not pay for anything during an outing...but it is OK, because....I drive a Jaaaaaag.

Oh, older ones.

The "new" ones with more modern animation techniques are "wow".

Check this one out if you get a chance...

I've always loved the movie experience. Big screen, big sound, just being out, and so on. Sometimes we like to find a movie on TV and stay home, but we see most things at the theater.

Ditto.

That being said, sometimes nothing beats our setup at home.

Having quality gear doesn't hurt either.   ;)

Put me in the rather watch at home camp also but we have a great setup. Find too many movie theaters lack in quality for picture and/or sound. People think loud = good but it drives me crazy. Then add in 30 minutes of ads/commercial, annoying people, etc.
I guess that's the good part of losing my hearing...can't tell the difference between good or bad sound....
I wish they would get  rid of the ringing noise they put in the background of every tv show and movie , they never had it 13 years ago  :P

 I don't even have to be in the theater for that!  Got that ringing in my ears all the time.   ;D

Been a very long time since I've seen this movie. Might need to revisit it.

We saw it on the weekend. The best version yet, by far. KK's character in the 70s film was much more violent and out of control, Coopers take was more sympathetic and to me, more realistic.

The chemistry between Cooper and GaGa was evident and well captured. For being a sort of non-actor, she held her own and much more.

A great "couples" movie.

Yup  :iagree:

Thought it was cool that Cooper took on the look of KK though, beard, hair, etc...

Gaga impressed me first in American Horror Story: Hotel. She was fantastic in that, a highlight of that season.

Going to check out ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ this weekend.  A friend of mine in the UK saw it the other night and loved it.  I trust her taste.

I’m stoked for that movie. I’m a huge Queen fan. One of my musical regrets from my youth was never seeing them live. I saw most other huge stadium acts, but for some reason never saw Queen.

Friends saw First Man and said it’s worth seeing too. After a dreadful summer, there’s finally a few movies out.

Watched Shutter Island for the first time tonight. Finally can get over the fact that my wife saw it in the theatre without me. Good movie.
