We went to The Shape of Water.  Not the kind of movie I normally go for, but wow, it's really well done.  I'm not sure if there was anyone other than Sally Hawkins in mind for the lead role, but if so, they went the right way going with her.  She just nailed it.  Some of the plot lines are a little cliched, but that works with the retro-film look and 60s setting.

She was also excellent in the movie Maudie, which I highly recommend.

Watched Ghost in the .......................................... :o Machine! on Netflix...utterly forgettable.  My oldest was right, "it's going to be crap". It wasn't far from it.

Any recommendations on how to watch international films?   Wife wants to watch this movie from Spain called the Bookshop.

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt3127022/
Android box.

Tried Exodus, Covenant, and Elysium, no stream found.
Maybe you have wait a while longer until the the film is release in the UK or The US
Exodus still working for you?

For some things.

Hopefully it gets released to DVD or something.
No streams on Neptune Raising, and it works all the time , at the moment

Watched 'The Foreigner' last night. Really enjoyed it, and surprisingly the wife did too (not usually a fan of violent action movies). Our trip through London and Ireland last year brought back memories of the troubles I saw there in the 80's. Good reminder that they are not that long ago, things have never really been settled, and it all might kick into gear again.

Finally watched "Hidden Figures" last night on Netflix.  Nice film - great story.

Black Panther. Best. Superhero. Movie. Ever.

A few light moments but no running gags like Deadpool.  Grittier than Captain America.  Very compelling story line with dimensions well beyond the superhero-ness of the superhero (which is what so many superhero movies lack).  Epic effects and gripping action sequences.  There is zero wasted space in this movie.

The last few times I tried Terrarium it didn't find any of the TV shows I was looking for.  Thought it was defunct?

Yeah, I have it on my phone   I'm trying it now casting  to my living room tv and it seems to be working ok, but didn't find anything better than 480p that worked.   Much better than last time I tried though.

Not exactly off topic.  Was on Amazon.ca last night.  Saw a deal of the day thing.  X-Files Season 1-10 on Blu-ray for 40% off.  Ordered it at 11pm, got here 10 min ago.  $121.99 plus tax.  Heck of a deal.
