The Kawasaki W800 is even more classic Triumph than even the T120.

I much prefer the reduced chrome content of the Triumphs.

There was the Cafe model minus the chrome. I like that it is still air cooled.

Ideally I'd like a hybrid of the two. Blacked out chrome of the cafe, colour tank, no headlight cover but nature (not blacked out) engine.

Yeah, I don't love the headlight cowl, but overall like that cafe version much better in terms of aesthetics.  Of course, Triumph does a pretty killer cafe bike in the Thruxton.

Not everyone’s cup of tea but for whatever reason I have always liked the Royal Enfields and their new model looks like a very stylish, kind of an irfan dual purpose.

https://www.royalenfield.com/ca/en/motorcycles/scram411/

None of their bikes are performance monsters and this is no different, they are more about the lifestyle and design.

The new Royal Enfields are fantastic looking and apparently very well made now. I like the Classic 350 in Chrome Red with the double seat myself. Although that semi-chrome tank is likely a bear to keep clean.

Yup, that's an alright bike too...a little light on the HP's - but it gets close to 100 mpg...trade offs I suppose.  Local-ish Honda dealer has a 2 yr old one they want about a g more than a brand new one.  I'm afraid your "upgrades" don't add any value after the fact there buds...they've had it for sale for a long time.  Be tempting at $7k maybe. Then again for that money you can buy a nicely modded (bags, windshield, heated grips etc.) 13-1800 CC cruiser style bike (or 2) and not have to worry about IF you can pass someone.

Or for $11g there's a nice Yamaha Tenere 1200 - 5 yrs older, but much more bike (than an NC750).

The 'windscreen' on the Ducati looks ridiculous.  What's even the point?

It's a fly screen. It protects the expensive electronic instrument cluster from rock hits and bug splatter.

I kinda like the 2023 Honda 500 Scrambler...assuming it'll be available in Canada.  Would make one helluva city/fartin' around bike.  Good one for the wife to learn how to ride too if she was ever interested.

Also don't even mind the CBX - they've made some improvements for 2023 too that make it a better bike than the previous one.

Of course the new Hornet is pretty sweet.  Too.

The 2023 Honda Transalp XL750 is pretty nice too.  92 hp aint so bad!!

Then there's this Yami - which apparently we don't get in N/A??  ??? :'( 2023 Tracer 9GT

Hard to pick a favourite...

Easy. Scrambler or Hornet. The Trans Alp is too heavy with crap suspension (looks it can't cash). That Yamaha thing looks heavy. Most of these bikes have weight problems
