I find it amazing what the freestylers can pull off these days. I was impressed when whipping the rear became common practice. I can sort of do it but pretty much suck at it compared to these young bucks.

I even just like the scenery...and the roads...holy follow the terrain Batman!! And it looks like he's just flying...and his heart rate is barely up - so calm...and listen to the V4 on startup...drool!!!

Some peeps prefer the 950/990 to the newer models..

If the was closer...I think I'd go look at it..

I won't go look at it as I might feel the urge. It looks ok, if the engine compression checks out you should be good to go but I get the feeling it was rode hard and put away wet. This is not the original owner and it looks like they fiddled with suspension. Probably sprung stiffer so in my case that would be a good thing. $3500 may take it. Nice bike down in the price range.

Yeah the older gen is definitely a more offroad looking bike. Which year did they start fuel injection?

Pretty quiet for motorcycle news....but I'm stoked for July 10th...Kawasaki will be revealing the new ZX-25R. Inline 4, 250cc. ~18,000RPm redline, ~50HP

I LOVED these (and the 400s) from the 90s.......I could ALMOST see myself buying one just to relive my youth!

Here's hoping this spawns more 250s (and please, please 400s!) with screaming high rev limits.

Yea, but then you need a pretty robust piece in the center of the swing arm...and they're just using relatively small tubing.

Plus (I think) they are going for old school 70s cafe look.

I love the tire hugging fender although it does nothing to prevent tire spray onto the back of the rider or their pillion.
