Well there you go . Sort of know the life that  the car has lead. That's one of the drawbacks of purchasing used.One doesn't know the service history or how it was treated .

I've used many pit toilets in national/provincial parks and campgrounds.  I've often pondered that very scenario, worrying about glasses, phones, etc. falling into the pit.  I think I can safely say unless I was in a life/death situation where losing my phone meant denial of any rescue efforts, that phone would never be retrieved.

It's on my bucket list to do European delivery of a car at some point. Just saw that the new M2 is going to be built in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Guess that won't be an option for factory delivery.

Holly crap! Found Vinnie from American Chopper. BTW the tranny fluid should be "lukewarm", and definitely not a 150 degree F for a correctly set fluid level.

Toyota WS tranny fluid needs to be more than "lukewarm" depending on vehicle.

In my LS it was 115-130 to check level.

Definitely warmer than lukewarm.

If you google "toyota transmission fluid check temperature" the first result is 104-113 F, which is 40 - 45 degree C, which is what I call lukewarm.
