Yeah, luckily most places on the planet only experience 3-5 rain at a time and that wouldn't be inconvenient at all  ::) ::) Tell me you're American without telling me you're American.......
Lighten up Francis.....

No, it's about removing radar for self-driving and instead relying only on cameras.

That's why I used the question mark.

They are experimenting with lasers for wipers though. https://electrek.co/2021/09/08/tesla-patent-laser-windshield-wipers/

London-Union on VIA is $37 and takes less than 2.5 hours. Doesn't leave much room for pricing to sit on hard seats for 4 hours.

The GO Train is now running from London so I checked pricing. Only $30 one way vs the $37 on VIA which takes approx 1/2 the time and 4x more comfortable.

The difference between Europe and Canada
In Italy Rome to Civitavecchia about 60 km , fast train takes 39 mins , slow train a hour
Cost is about $7

Yeah this service makes no sense to me, wouldn't a bus from Kitchener or Hamilton be way faster? a 3h 58 minute trip vs approx an hour on Lakeshore W and then let's say an hour and a half to London.

Does the GO service have more frequent intervals than the bus or VIA?  To me, GO is for commuters, but maybe I'm wrong.

Once a day so no, VIA has more frequency IIRC, which is quite the feat  ;D

So my wedding is taking place in the southern US next month... we had it all planned back in 2019 before COVID hit and we had to bump it. The vendors have the vast majority of the money so we opted to just drastically reduce the guest list and go ahead as planned, after bumping it three times. It is what it is, and we're going.

My mom has been saying that as long as the land borders are open, she wants to drive down and not risk outfits/dresses (traditional Indian garb) getting lost in air travel. After the wedding, they were also planning on hitting a bunch of national parks and seeing Moab, Salt Flats, etc... so...

My pops rolled up today with a white '20 Yukon XL Denali with the Ultimate Package, full jam, with 23,000km on it. They've had just one car (the LS460) for a bit so I know they were loosely looking. Says "Happy birthday to me" with a big sh*t-eating grin on his face...  ;D ;D ;D

Congrats on the wedding!

And your parents should enjoy that drive. We got a park pass and went from one park to another out west one fall, had a great time. The US has amazing parks
