I was taking to a neighbour who's Son is a Medical Dr. in Houston. He said he was living at the hospital he worked at because he could not drive home to his house due to the roads and lack of snow tires. His house has had the heat off due to the hydro issue and his water pipes and pool are frozen. :o

Yeah, definitely no paragon of humanity and decency.  The fact that he was allowed to do this with impunity over public airwaves says more about the U.S. than it does him, in my opinion.
