Grey?? Pff. Been there, done that.
One part of my job (that I hate) is bulletins. We do lots of bulletins. However, there is one thing about these bulletins that never fails to entertain:
My boss (a senior VP) always starts them. He adds a couple of paragraphs with the usual background...reason for the change, alignment with our 4 year strategy, bla bla bla...then sends it to me.
This guy can't write to save his life. Without fail there will be at least a couple of sentences that will short circuit your brain.
Here is a gem from one this morning:

I need to put these in a book. He gives me tons of ammo.
