A court in NYC has upheld a ruling that a Co-Op board can make a rule that no family, friends, or staff, can be in your apartment if you are not home. Madonna was appealing this, but she lost.

i did not realize that i had studded tires.

found it few days ago. called every tire place near by, all of them are too busy and i don't wanna take it to local canadian tire.

been monitoring until i take it someplace safe. it's not losing air, thankfully.

The City of Moncton is proposing a bylaw that would impose fines on any landowner that allows the grass to grow to more than 20cm.

Oddly enough, this applies to privately owned land, not city owned land.

Chase the Ace thing in Cape Breton, now one of the $1.2million winners is suing her nephew. If I can follow what she is saying, the ticket was in both of their names, with his phone number, but she claims that she only meant to share it if they didn't win the jackpot.

Good luck trying to argue that one, since she stated that she did put his name on the ticket.

Her nephew replied: "Yes, we did."

Client wants to upgrade three 400hp compressors with either 450 or 500hp compressors, but doesn't want to spend any money on the electrical system.

Phase 1:

Spent the last two days writing up a report saying that actually, you're right at capacity, you need to upgrade for either scenario.

Phase 2:
