Woke up to the sound of helicopters flying close by at 6:00 this morning - and they weren't going away.

Not a truck guy so I'll post here instead of in the truck forum since I don't have much to say about it. Father-in-law just bought a brand new truck 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Dunno what trim/options, but it looked exactly like this https://cars.usnews.com/cars-trucks/toyota/tacoma Same colour, which looks pretty good on that truck. They switched over the big hard bed cover from his red 2010 Tacoma and painted it to match. He's happy with it, but next time I'm up there I'm going to have to teach him how to operate the infotainment.

It's got a bed. Has a cover on it. You can carry lots of stuff in it.

It was the 'white dress / black suit' picture day at my daughter's high school. This school has a tradition for over 100 years, the graduating class dresses with the girls in white dresses and the boys in black suits, and they pose on the front steps for a group picture. The police block off the street so that the photographer can climb a ladder and take the photos, and then it turns into a big photo op for all the groups of friends.

It was cold (5C) but a beautiful sunny morning, it was a lot of fun.

Bought my wife a book for her birthday, it was only on her opening it that I laughed at the title, “The Punishment She Deserves”. I swear it wasn’t a Freudian slip.

Well, yes, but my point was, she comments on someone else's looks? Seriously? Has she ever looked in a mirror? If she wanted to be racist, she should have avoided the 'ape' comment, at the very least. I mean, really.
