I was in Cape Coral/Fort Myers around Christmas time, and the only positive thing about Florida is the weather, IMO.

I sent in my paperwork. Turns out, a few others within the company have applied recently, so there is competition for the posting. Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

I heard Carillion Canada Inc. Is pulling out of the construction in Canada, they are still keeping their maintenance section going

I just learned that Carillion has the contract for much of the highway snow removal in Ontario. Hopefully that's the section that keeps working?

Carillion also has the maintenance contract for the PPP hospitals that are being built in the Sask. Not sure who is taking that over.

From what I've heard, it sounds like it.
I haven't worked with them directly, at least I don't remember doing so.
