The Mrs got a new work vehicle today. Out goes the Windstar and in comes the Flex. I actually really like the looks of this thing. Too bad we can't use it for camping.

Damn, how old is that Windstar?? The last one was in 2003...

I think that is the one she had.  :rofl2: It was actually in descent shape though. Some rust coming through at the bottom of the doors but drove well enough for running around the city.

Why?

Work vehicle and they don't allow any personal use. Since all the gas is free I imagine people would quickly abuse it use it for weekend getaways.

Did a new car prep on a brand new Ram Laramie today.  Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with this truck......especially the interior.  I also found the cabin to be extremely quiet at highway speeds as well.  Overall, very impressed with the truck and can see why I see so many of them on the roads around here.  With the huge back seat, I can also see why some choose it as their family vehicle as well.

yeah, i love the new ram interior too!

and with V6, it gets very decent highway economy!

But, the thing is so huge, it's ridiculous.

Compared to what? A Tacoma?  I sat in one...meh (not "meh" on niceness, just "meh" on size), it's midsize at best.  Is it any bigger than a GM/Chevy? So cute.  An "old" (pre 2009) F150 is bigger inside. Might not be nicer, but it's bigger. The newer ('09 and up) are even bigger. You can park a Ram inside one.  I'd like to park myself inside one.  I'm a cheap bass turd though.

A Ram appears bigger then my 2011 Chevy and my friends 2015 GMC , I would think the F-150 is still bigger

The stripe is better than those nasty fender flares.  Is he getting it lifted and a set of 35's at least?  So wrong that, the way it is now.
